A few months ago, we told you Konect 2 was coming. Today, we can share exactly where things stand, and if your team works in the field, there’s now a way to get your hands on it before general release.
Where we’re at
Konect 2 is a complete ground-up rebuild of the Konect platform. Built for the realities of fieldwork, so your team’s work doesn’t stop when coverage does, and new features and fixes reach you faster.
Over recent months, a small group of organisations has been putting Konect 2 through its paces in a limited beta. Their feedback has directly shaped what’s shipping, from workflow refinements through to performance under real field conditions. That phase did exactly what we hoped it would, and it gave us the confidence to take the next step.
The Managed Public Beta is now open
As of mid-July, we’ve opened the Konect 2 Managed Public Beta. Any organisation with field teams can now apply to join the program.
The program runs in a few clear stages.
- Apply online. Head to our beta sign-up page and tell us about your organisation, your field operations, and what you’re looking to solve.
- Rolling review. We review applications as they come in. Because this is a managed beta, we bring organisations on board in controlled batches, so every participant gets proper onboarding and support.
- Guided onboarding. Accepted participants get a structured onboarding session with our team, access credentials, and a direct line for feedback throughout the program.
- Real apps, real devices. Konect 2 is live on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Beta participants test the real thing on their own devices, in their own environments.
If you work with one of our partners or resellers, they’re already across the program. We briefed our partner network ahead of the public announcement, and they’ll be supporting their customers through the beta.
Why join the beta?
Beta participants help shape the product. What you tell us feeds straight into the development team before general release. It’s also the fastest way to get your organisation familiar with Konect 2 ahead of the wider rollout, so your team hits the ground running on day one.
We’re looking for active testers, organisations willing to use Konect 2 in genuine field scenarios and tell us what works and what doesn’t. Places in each batch are limited, so if that sounds like you, don’t sit on it.
What’s next
General release remains on track for later in August 2026. Between now and then, we’ll be working closely with beta participants, refining the final touches, and preparing existing Konect customers for the transition. If your organisation applies and we can’t fit you into the current beta cohort, you’ll be the first to know when full access opens.
We’ll share more as we get closer to release, including what the move to Konect 2 looks like for existing customers.
